WHY WE PRAY

It changes hearts.

One of the oldest religions in the world, Buddhism deeply influences culture and personal identity. No strategy, testimony, or funding can draw these nations to their King. Not on its own. Only by the power of the Spirit will the Buddhist World see Jesus for who He is and what He’s promised for those who believe.

It changes atmospheres.

The simple law of faith: the Father works His will through the prayers of His people. Although we spread the Kingdom through our words and actions, strategies and sermons, the Spirit in us and going before us does the real work.

It changes us.

Prayer changes the pray-er. We may not know or understand why God waits to fulfill His promises, but we do know we need to be ready when He does. Prayer transforms us into the people He needs on the ground. Fully here, fully present, and fully paying attention.

Now is the time.

What language will the meeting be conducted in?

Prayer and worship will be in English, but don’t feel you need perfect language to join us. All are welcome to join us!
